“Love this property, we have been 7 times, but things are getting run down unfortunately. Our room this last visit was musty and caused the linens to have a gross smell. Food quality has dropped a bit. Might not return next year. ”

“Dont write reviews, but would like to share our experience at Moon Palace Sunrise over Christmas and New Year. It may help in your decision to stay (It may not!) I know it is their busiest time of year... Passport Control on landing- Absolute CHAOS, all flights filter into one lane, we were there for over 2 hours. We could hear people coming and going all night and full conversations of people in the next room. Bring earplugs!!
