“Really good family hotel. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are tired, new bathrooms and furniture needed but they’re clean. Lots of kids about during half term, not an issue for us but might be to many for others ”

“Absolutely brilliant 4 * hotel just three miles from the centre of Norwich, charging about a third less than the equivalent city centre hotels (and the same price as the very basic city centre Travelodge / Premier Inns). We paid just £10 a night more for the superior double which was well worth it. Very spacious with extra seating. Spotlessly clean, well maintained and appointed, plentiful communal areas and welcoming and helpful staff. Dining, breakfast and the bar were very good quality and...

“Great hotel, location and brilliant staff! Room upgraded on arrival which was great, plenty of parking behind the hotel. Room amenities very good including the iPad to send messages to reception/order food. Breakfast was one of the best.”

“Great hotel for families. Kids eat free, get activity packs and treats. Nice warm swimming pool, play area in the restaurant to keep them occupied & everything you could need for breakfast! We use the hotel every year to see the seals at Nearby Horsey Gap but probably spend more time in the pool!”

“pleasant hotel very good breakfast clean room friendly staff all good . just a piece of advice to people who want to use public transport the busses stop running past the hotel at approx 17:00 so if you are disabled get a cab back from the city centre ”

“Camera nella media e bagno più che confortevole. Putroppo ingresso e corridoi, ma anche la camera, sono un po' maleodoranti . Probabilmente il problema è nato dalla giornata di pioggia e dal calpestare la moquette con le scarpe bagnate /sporche”

“Lovely staff; everyone we met were sweet and kind to my little boy. The quality of the food and drink were top class. Great ingredients used. This is a lovely place to stay and it is off road so no noise of passing traffic. I will return again! ”

“La stanza che ci hanno dato era diversa da quella prenotata invece di un letto matrimoniale erano due letti singoli, a rimostranze alla reception il giorno dopo siamo stati spostati in una stanza con letto semi matrimoniale. Alla fine abbiamo optato per ritornare nella stanza con due letti singoli. Siamo contenti? No! Ritornerò nello stesso albergo? No mai più, (ho mia figlia che è all' University of East Anglia a Norwich). Cordiali saluti R”

“From check on to check out the staff couldn't do enough for us, made us feel very welcome. We would be more than happy to stay with ypu guys again. Ist class”

“Excellent, hotel was lovely and very easy to find, close to the shops/ town centre. The hotel was gorgeous and worth paying extra for ! The staff were very lovely and helpful, it was a really pleasant stay. Super easy check in and out also! The only negative was that in our room, we only had shampoo and conditioner, there was a stunning bath but no bubble bath or soap to actually enjoy it. This was a very minor negative over our whole experience though, we will definitely be returning! ”

“Friendly and professional check-in”

“Hotel room was perfect for a family very comfy beds and pillows, shower was a delight felt like i was getting a massage. Swimming pool was nice but changing rooms and toilets needed cleaning very dirty and run down. Food was very dissapointing and restaurant washy even open on the Tuesday night so had to find somewhere to eat. Breakfast was poor 13.95 for a full english and left a lot to desire for portion size and taste. Had some cheesy chips for lunch that were undercooked and tasteless....
