“The resort is outstanding, well maintened and well located. I've loved the room, but the bathroom smelled so bad. I've noticed the reception, but they would not change the room. That's the only thing i have to complain. The food wasn't good in the italian (not italian) restaurant and in the asiatic. I've loved the cafes and the buffet, i strongly suggest both. The price-quality is perfect”

“Property and Resort was Amazing- Very Clean. Most of the Staff were friendly and courteous aside from the front lobby personnel. Definitely need better tequila options on property being that you are in MEXICO. Pools were amazing- They don’t keep the Jacuzzi’s warm, they were all cold water. On Vacation we all love a warm jacuzzi to relax in. The Beach club shuttle is convenient but need to have more consistent shuttle times. It’s not as often as they advertise online. “We loved the location of the Aluna- quiet, feeling of being in the jungle. The plants are well maintained. The staff is actually wonderful- but we happened to have visited during a slow season. While there is a bar in the pool, it wasn’t staffed, which left the inside bartender and servers a bit overwhelmed. It certainly wasn’t the fault of the staff, and I don’t blame the management for making that staffing decision. However, my only requirement in picking a hotel was that it had a swim up...

“The architecture was amazing. The restaurants and food offerings were good (reservations were hard to come by when they were empty). Beautiful pools and beachfront. Staff was cordial and polite. Prices for items on menus vs. charges varied, issues with the toilet and sink in the room required fixing. It seemed like a new property trying to get their bearings. But for the location, food and atmosphere, I'd go back in a heartbeat.”

“I’d like to start off by giving a big thanks to Abram the front desk Receptionist And Ezekiel the waiter of the restaurant The hotel was beautiful and rustic And the pool was open for us pretty much everyday day both pools to be exact Were wide open everyday Great thing was there’s a beach club right across the high way , that’s very Inexpensive The restaurant food was good , we tried different plates since we stood here for 5 nights Over WE WILL be coming back with friends ”

“Soggiorno piacevole e positivo, luogo meraviglioso e a stretto contatto con la natura da vivere come un'esperienza a tutto tondo arrivando con uno spirito di adattamento e apertura verso qualcosa di "non convenzionale". Uno dei punti negativi è la musica dei ristoranti ad alto volume non in sintonia con la filosofia del luogo. Resta comunque il fatto che il pernottamento ha un costo davvero molto elevato e che ci sono numerosi costi extra, quando comunque il museo e i ristoranti sono accessibili...

“The room is immaculate and such a wonderful setup. The restaurant has great food options and very flavorful. The pool to us in the room was more an aesthetic versus practical use due to the temperature, but gorgeous non the less. ”

“Le stanze “tenda” sono molto piccole, buie e rumorose. Il servizio rimane discreto e la maggioranza dei camerieri è gentile. Il vero problema è che non controllano le stanze con le ordinazioni quindi, come è capitato a noi, se qualche ospite decide di mettere la sua cena da 5.000$ sulla tua stanza non puoi farci nulla. Pur avendo mostrato (con ricevuta della carta di credito) che all’orario in cui qualcuno cenava con la nostra stanza ero a cena in un altro hotel ad 1 ora di distanza hanno detto...

“L'albergo é molto carino ma siamo stati delusi dalle condizioni della spiaggia e del mare completamente marrone e impraticabile a causa delle montagne di alghe che ricoprono la costa. Siamo rimasti solo 3 delle 6 notti programmate e ci siamo dovuti spostare al nord e spendere per prenotare un altro hotel a Holbox dove il mare invece è pulito.
