“Good eatery street just behinds the hostel.”

“Stayed 2nights in private double. Late check in email stated room would be unlocked - it wasn't. Nobody answered the phone. We had to stretch in the window to unlock the door. The room stank. Really horrible old damp smell. Next day we were locked out of our room with our belongings inside "pending payment" - payment had been taken online already. Took 5 phone calls to get keys to our room sorted.”

“Good location to centre. We were arriving outside office hours but they left a hand written note and map that we appreciated with the key. Private room was comfortable but outside walk to toilets and showers. Good hostel stay. ”

Nobody did any warship in the pantry and bathroom. 2) I had requested for the login and password of the WiFi for several times but the unhelpful female staff in the reception of the office insisted to offer any assistance.
