“Personale gentile ma un po' rigido. Siamo arrivati alle 2pm ma ci hanno detto che il check in era alle 3pm, quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare un'ora per prendere possesso di una stanza che era già pronta da un pezzo. Hotel scomodo da raggiungere con una corriera che ci impiega almeno 50 minuti dalla stazione di Hakone. La fermata della corriera è però molto vicina all'albergo. Non c'è nulla intorno e purtroppo non si gode di alcun panorama, in particolare del monte Fuji di cui non si percepisce...

Please beware that you need to notify them if you are checking early or later as there's nobody there after the check out time and check in time. “2/7から１泊しました。 サービスがすごくよく、部屋も広くて大満足です。12部屋しかない旅館なので、大浴場でも旅館内でも、他の宿泊者の方と会う事がほとんどなかったので、ゆっくりできました。 特に良かったのが、アメニティと送迎の方のサービスです。 時間が空いていたら、ガラスの森美術館まで連れて行ってくださったり迎えに来てくださいました。 車中でも色々なお話が聞けて、本当に楽しかったです。 ありがとうございました。 アメニティも、シャンプーとコンディショナー、化粧水、乳液がよくて、髪の毛はつやつやのサラサラになりました。 食事は美味しかったですが、朝食が一度に出てきたのはちょっと焦りました。 写真を撮るには良いですが、フレンチトーストのホイップが溶けていくのを横目にサラダを食べるのは悲しかったです・・・。 しかしそれをカバーしても余りある、素晴らしい旅館でした！”
