“This location was beautiful. We had a room facing the mountain with a large window and patio. Staff were very nice and English was not a problem. Tattoos need to be covered for the hot spring. There are no sidewalks directly to the hotel but there are many food options within walking distance. Parking was available. There is 1 laundry machine so if you need it you will likely need to wait. ”

“Personale gentile ma un po' rigido. Siamo arrivati alle 2pm ma ci hanno detto che il check in era alle 3pm, quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare un'ora per prendere possesso di una stanza che era già pronta da un pezzo. Hotel scomodo da raggiungere con una corriera che ci impiega almeno 50 minuti dalla stazione di Hakone. La fermata della corriera è però molto vicina all'albergo. Non c'è nulla intorno e purtroppo non si gode di alcun panorama, in particolare del monte Fuji di cui non si percepisce...
