The fireplace burned a little area rug with an ember so we told them and it was no big deal. They had apple cider in the office. I will be back.”

“Had to stay here unexpectedly due to major traffic delays on I-70. The staff was very accommodating and kind. Pool and hot tub were a nice surprise. Pet friendly however didn’t smell like some of the pet friendly rooms at other hotels have. Everything was clean as could be given the age. This is in no way a luxury type hotel but more a cozy mountain 80s vibe but not in a bad way. It’s just aged and the look and feel is such but even for the age it was very clean. “This stay was a splurge for us, but was wonderful to spend Christmas together with our boys who are in their 20's. We actually got delicious takeout from a favorite restaurant, drank wine, and played games around the table with the fireplace going. They enjoyed having their own beds and we enjoyed the quality family time. Place was comfy and clean and close to skiing.”

“Every ski season for the last 20 years finds us at Keystone. We always stay in a condo or townhome either at River Run or very close by! I do have to say, this was by far one of the absolute best places we have stayed! Very comfortable, short walk to RR, beautiful kitchen and the jetted tub was the icing on the cake! In fact, we are going back up in about two weeks and I will, for the first time ever, strive to reserve this exact same location!”

“Great place and a great location. There is a MAJOR construction project just getting started behind the facility, but the impact was minimal. Room was very nice and the other and the other accommodations were great. Very much enjoyed the stay.”

“The property is in a great location. Great outdoor grill, hot tubs and pool. The pool table top is ripped. It was difficult to open the mini fridge and the Murphy bed was noisy when you moved and then we could not push it back up in the wall. They need to fix the Murphy bed and refrigerator.”
