“With just a short walk to town (San Donato), you have fantastic restaurants including La Toppa, bar and small supermarket. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed dinner at La Toppa, fantastic food and the pizza restaurant in town was excellent too. It is a short drive to other villages, Siena approximately 30 minutes away. The house is homely and relaxing. We had a fantastic enjoyable relaxing stay.”

“We had such a wonderful stay. The views from the rooftop are incredible. Very private and a lovely way to enjoy sunset, sunrise and the views of the town and countryside. The host is lovely and was very accommodating.”

“I went with a group of 5 friends and we had a lovely time. The owners, Interhome, were very helpful when I had to change the number of guests close to the arrival date and were amenable when we asked to have the pool opened ahead of schedule. The local manager of the property was excellent. She was very friendly and made us an lovely dinner of Tuscan specialties and we could not have asked for a better host. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

Still fresh from reno as in the photos but showing some wear and in need of a bit of maintenance and attention to updating some instructions and soft furnishings. No dryer instructions though every other appliance instructions were available. Parking and the grocery store is available at the opposite end so be prepared to walk at least 10-15...

“Das Haus an sich war perfekt für uns - zwar etwas älter aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Wetter spielte optimal mit und der Pool war sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind nett, jedoch war ein Problem für uns, dass wir nicht Italienisch sprechen konnten und die Vermieter nichts außer Italienisch (nicht einmal Englisch u.ä), es hat aber trotzdem am Ende alles geklappt. “We really loved our stay and I highly recommend this place for larger groups who still need some privacy. There are a few finishing touches that can be improved but all in all excellent. Got really great meals from chef Virna and owner Natale was quick to respond as well as others. A little bit hard to find, maybe some better signs? 😊”
