“Been here to EPM about 10 times over the past 10-15 years and like it more than other Excellence Resorts including DR and Riveria Maya. We always got a room around the spa because it was always quiet there and away from the loud, party area which was the pool by the beach. We could hear a pin drop it was so quiet. Not so much anymore. Although it isn't really noisy, visitors, particularly those staying in the first floor rooms where they can just jump in the pool. bring their blue tooth speakers...

“Per essere un 4 stelle è stato proprio una delusione. Il check in è andato molto bene, la ragazza alla reception è stata molto gentile, ma la camera vista mare era davvero brutta. Spartana, ma soprattutto poco pulita: le lenzuola del primo giorno erano macchiate e la doccia aveva due dite di calcare che non è mai stato pulito durante tutta la nostra permanenza. Sicuramente non lo consiglio!”
