“When I arrived the staff were polite and friendly, the room was well presented and clean, unfortunately there was a noticeable smell coming from the shower drain. In the evening when I used the stairs there was a fork and some food that had been spilled, this was still there in the morning. I advised the staff at reception and they sorted it.”
